This weeks Project Runways challenge was all about creating an alternative wedding dress. Amandas was my favorite so will definitely DIY her dress in the upcoming weeks. \r

Although I associate weddings with tradition, romance and a serious tone the inspiration behind my DIY tulle dress a.k.a DIY alternative wedding dress is all about having fun, enjoying the moment in the color you want and love. \r

If you look close youll notice that the top is a sweetheart top mixed with a tulle skirt. \r
\r
What youll need:\r
- 2 yards/meter of stretch fabric (shop fabrics online \r
- 2 yards/meter of tulle fabric (shop tulle online \r
- cropped top and skirt for the shape/waist\r
- thread\r
- fabric scissors\r
- pins\r
- sewing machine (I use Brother DS140 \r
